Bliss Nada Beach Resort

I had a good time in hotel. Good team working on this hotel. Everybody on it's place. Excellent animation team, good job with anyone. Good morning exercises on the beach. Good job of food team Thank you for your job.

The conditions in this hotel are extremely poor and it should absolutely not be part of TUI’s offer. Mattresses are destroyed, the bathroom is dirty, sometimes there’s no hot water, and the soap smells like kerosene. The room was supposed to face the pool but instead faced the desert – with a generator running all night long, making it impossible to sleep. The food is the worst you can imagine. During a one-week stay, the only decent meal was tomato soup; everything else was burnt, greasy, and tasteless. A guest who asked for gluten-free food was offered… jelly. Snacks on the beach were just leftover breakfast rolls with some smelly filling pretending to be meat and so-called cheese that had nothing to do with real cheese. Drinks and alcohol were a disaster – undrinkable, smelly, served in tiny 100 ml plastic cups. The staff tries to be nice and do what they can, but under these conditions, nothing can really help. On top of that, the bartender in the lobby (short, curly-haired) was extremely rude – I haven’t seen such behavior in a long time. As if that wasn’t enough, after 1 AM they water the greenery with sewage – the entire hotel reeks of a disgusting smell for hours. The hotel also plays tricks on guests: if your flight is at 11 PM, your stay ends at noon – they cut off your bracelet and you lose access to food and drinks. You’re left sitting in the lobby until departure. And if you write a negative review, they approach you and try to “buy” it with some food or extra access. Don’t trust the good reviews – they are artificially boosted. This hotel should be reported to the authorities and immediately removed from TUI’s offer.

It is a very beautiful place with lots of entertainment all day long, provided by an amazing team of entertainers. The food is very tasty and there has never been a problem. There is plenty of everything. One pool heated even in winter. There is pink ponk, billiards, tennis, petanque, darts and all included in the price. Despite two days of windy weather, we enjoyed our holiday very much

The hotel is old, it wouldn't matter if it was clean. I didn't see the pool cleaned once in 12 days. The edges were all dirty, there were drinking cups floating in the water. In the morning you get 0.5 water per person in the room, during the day we just pour drinks into small cups. Broken tiles around the pool. Terribly few sunbeds!!! Small selection of food. There are 5 animators, they try, but the program is weak and everyone smokes all day. Bad choice of hotel, never there again. The rooms were nice and cleaned every day.

It's a wonderful budget-friendly hotel with incredible animation, providing endless fun and entertainment for both kids and adults throughout the day, and amazing shows. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can buy souvenirs and sweets at the shops near the reception. We're especially grateful to Karim. The pharmacy is not open every day. You can play tennis, billiards, and ping pong for free. There are camels and quad bikes on the beach for a fee. You can also enjoy a hookah. The sea entrance is shallow, but you can swim from the pier. We went to the beach of an abandoned hotel on the right, where there's a lagoon, but no lifeguard. The gym is basic. The rooms and the entire hotel are clean and well-maintained. The animators are amazing people, thank you for your care and attention. The food is delicious. The rooms are simple but spacious, with comfortable mattresses. The staff takes care of you on the beach, bringing sun loungers. The downside is the distance from other infrastructure and the city. The reef is beautiful. There's one heated pool and slides with a cold pool. There's also a children's playground. The territory is compact and convenient for the elderly and children. There's a spa offering body and facial massages, as well as a hairdressing salon. We recommend the massage.
